Troubleshooting
My recording has no audio. What's wrong?
Check your browser's microphone permissions. Go to Chrome Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Microphone, and ensure Gloomin has access.
The extension icon isn't showing up.
Right-click on the Chrome toolbar, select "Manage extensions," and ensure Gloomin is enabled and pinned to your toolbar.
My video won't upload.
Check your internet connection and ensure you have enough storage space in your account. Large files may take a few moments to upload.
Can I record Netflix or protected content?
Some streaming platforms use DRM protection that prevents screen recording. This is a browser-level restriction, not a Gloomin limitation.
I'm experiencing lag during recording.
Close unnecessary browser tabs and applications to free up system resources. Also, try recording at a lower resolution in your settings.
